We highly encourage na maging on time para smooth at maayos ang service. 🏍️
Service Policy Reminder
Mahigpit pong ipinatutupad na hindi kami tumatanggap ng sariling dalang parts (any brand) para sa PMS o anumang service. Lahat ng pyesa ay dapat manggaling sa shop upang masigurong compatible at may service assurance.
Exception lamang kung hindi available sa shop ang needed part.
Sa mga approved self-provided parts (one-time courtesy only), magkakaroon po ng additional charge, depende sa dami at type ng pyesa na dala ng customer.
PMS SCOPE & ADDITIONAL REQUESTS
- Ang service ay limited lamang sa inclusions ng napiling PMS package.
- Additional requests na labas sa PMS ay maaaring hindi ma-accommodate dahil makakaapekto ito sa schedule.
- Kung minor at hindi time-consuming, pwede itong gawin with additional fee (subject to agreement).
- Para sa ibang services, kailangan mag-book ng Non-PMS Appointment (available every Wednesday).
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Ang maintenance parts, oils, at ibang services na hindi kasama sa PMS package ay separate ang bayad.
SERVICE WARRANTY
Ang service warranty ay valid for 3 days at para lamang sa labor/service. Hindi kasama sa warranty ang anumang pyesang pinalitan.
CUSTOMER COMFORT & SHOP ETIQUETTE
May available po na free Wi-Fi, upuan, at drinking water para sa inyong convenience.
